Handlebar Description: Our bars are carefully designed to provide natural, relaxed grip angles combined with optimal pullback comfort. We have engineered them to be direct bolt-on replacements for stock equipment. No slag inside the bar tubes makes installation easy. Laser cut, fully TIG welded, beveled & de-burred for internal wire pulling, and polished to show their quality finish. All of our bars are hand-made employing a multi-step manufacturing process using the finest materials. Tube diameter is 1.25” stepped down to 1” for stock/conventional controls.  Both grips have 0.5” x 2” slots laser cut for internal wiring. The throttle side is honed out and notched for fly by wire. Laser cut tubing yields the smoothest corners with no slag for easy wiring. Cable/Electrical Description: When many aftermarket hydraulic lines are installed, problems can arise from inferior chrome plating. There is nothing worse than rust prone, cheap imitation chrome. Based on this we go the extra mile to achieve a finish that is far superior. Our plating is done here in the US and has been proven to reduce chipping, scratching, rusting or fading. Giving you a product that is not only suitable for practical purposes, but will  look great for years to come! Our Hydraulic Brake Lines meet or exceed D.O.T. as well as OEM pressure specifications. Our lines are UV protected braided stainless steel with Black Chrome fittings and a Black  Armor Coat, providing a long lasting appearance while protecting components from abrasion. Our Electrical Extensions use special  purpose automotive wire that is  insulated with chemically cross-line polyethylene, making it resistant to moisture, most solvents, and gives it the ability to withstand extreme temperatures. Our Flexible Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) Tubing is designed to meet the requirements of MIL-I-631, Grades A & B. Our PVC Tubing is UV Resistant, Flame Retardant, Lead Free with a High Gloss Black Finish, Making it perfect for applications where a wide thermal range is required.
